Death certification and post-mortem examination
When a loved one passes away, our doctors come discreetly and promptly to your home, nursing home, hotel, or any other location to perform the medical inspection of the deceased and officially confirm the death.
We understand that this moment is associated with grief, burden, and organizational challenges. Therefore, we place particular emphasis on empathy, calm, and dignity. Our doctors take their time, guide you through this important first step, and issue all necessary documents so you can focus on what matters.
The costs for the inspection of the deceased, just like the funeral costs, are always a private service and are not covered by statutory health insurance, even if the inspection is performed by doctors with statutory health insurance accreditation, such as family doctors.
